ayte let's talk about other stuff ayee.. heh~
well as u all can see that almost everyday, images of attractive people are used in newspapers,magazines, television and errmm advertisements to capture our attention. rite? heh~ and then we are often cajoled to improve our skin, buy a certain pair of shoes and dress like movie stars.. kan...kan..? haha and thn some people are daring enough to consult plastic surgeons for a pair of double eyelids or a tucked stomach... ala2 Nip Tuck lor.. lolzz..

oh yes and it is obvious that our identity depends on how we look and what clothes we wear baybeh! hey hey looks play a major role in one's identity ok! well it helps one mingle in the right crowds and get into the right places for instance, a good-natured person may dress untidily and he will not be accepted by a group of highly fashionable people.. hence, due to unrelenting peer pressure and social expectations, people look at our physical appearance to determine who we are. weewiit~

ok2 i know.. that physical appearance can only work up ermm to a certain extent. well true2..
our identity comes from our family upbringing kan? and more importantly within ourselves!! agree? heeeheee~ why? coz our identity is also determined by our daily activities, behavior and what else ehk? character? yah.. heh~ physical appearance is superficial lah coz it is one's personality and true ability that will come through. do i nd to give example? gaaahh~
well u can juz imagine a well dressed person with expensive clothes, ermm handsome, cute etc.. well he walks in for an interview and a good impression is formed based on his physical appearance and then he didn't clinch with his job and behaves badly.. uses swear words and has a bad attitude.. so... his identity is based on his personality, and not his look.

ok so.. i feel that both looks and character are important. a man who dresses well but behaves badly will not be liked by others. similarly, a disheveled man will not succeed even if he has a heart of GOLD as others will not have a good first impression of him. a balance must be maintained betwn good looks and personality. well2.. we should not neglect our appearance or spend a fortune and opt for plastic surgery to change different parts of our body. instead, we must learn to dress decently and act morally k...
through our daily kind acts, people will remember us for the good people we are and that becomes our identity to live with...
